You pay discreetly: no product name appears on your statement. Our own staff pack in our warehouse; we do not drop-ship stock items.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>How long does delivery take?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq__a\">\n<p>Models in stock that you order on a working day before 2 pm are shipped the same day with UPS. The expected delivery time is 1 working day in the Netherlands and Belgium, 2 working days in Germany and France, and 3 to 4 working days elsewhere in Europe. We deliver on working days only and depend on the carrier; the expected delivery day is shown on the product page and in your track &amp; trace.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>What are the shipping costs?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq__a\">\n<p>Shipping is free from \u20ac800. Below that amount we calculate the shipping cost at checkout; it depends on the destination, the size and weight of the package and the shipping method chosen. You&#8217;ll always see the amount before you pay.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Can I return a sex doll?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq__a\">\n<p>You have 14 days from the day of delivery. For hygiene reasons the right of withdrawal lapses once the doll&#8217;s seal has been broken. Return shipping is at your own expense: around \u20ac 85 for a doll and \u20ac 6.95 for accessories. We only supply dolls with adult body proportions; our smallest full-size model is 156 cm. Dolls that are too small or have childlike features, dolls that imitate a real person and dolls that could be offensive or degrading are not part of our range and are not supplied to order either. This is fixed in our purchasing terms and in our agreements with manufacturers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>TPE or silicone: what is the difference?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"faq__a\">\n<p>TPE is soft, springy and cheaper, but more porous and prone to staining. Silicone is firmer, heat-resistant and easier to clean, but more expensive. Not sure? The average is 156 cm and 34 kg.
